Dance and Gymnastics Classes
At CJD& G, students have the opportunity to receive quality education in many movement related fields, all under one roof! Our staff will encourage and guide them, appreciate their individual talents , and never lose sight of the fact that they are our children. We offer recreational classes in both dance and gymnastics and a quality staff of experienced educators.
Competitive Teams
Central Jersey Dance and Gymnastics has three exciting competitive programs for the committed student. We consider our company "recreationally competitive” and although we are very successful competitively, we are committed to a program of moderation. We encourage sports and school club participation and we are flexible and accommodating whenever possible in the best interest of the child.
The Springers Girls Gymnastics Team currently competes in the USAIGC league.and currently has 2018 Floor, Bars and Beam State Champions, The Central Jersey Dance Company competes locally in multiple genres of dance and won multiple high scores and Stellar Awards regionally.
The Jersey Girls All Star Dance Team is nationally ranked and is the 2014 and 2016 Youth and 2017, 2019 UDA National Jazz Champions.
PRESCHOOL CLASSES
For children age 4 and under, we have tailored combination classes that introduce both gymnastics and dance instruction .
Central Jersey Dance and Gymnastics is a proud member of the United States Association of Independent Gymnastic Clubs (USAIGC). The USAIGC mandates its Membership Clubs to conduct a 100% Employee Background checks on all employees. Central Jersey Dance and Gymnastics wants our Parents to know that Child Safety begins at our door and we have created the safest environment possible for your children. We are100% Background approved and have been named a USAIGC SAFE SCHOOL.
