Springers Gymnastics Team
Over the past 40 years, Springers has competed in USA Gymnastics, JOGA, and USAIGC leagues, but has maintained its basic philosophy of providing a fun, safe, recreationally competitive program for children who love gymnastics. Our coaches are all former Springers who enjoyed gymnastics into adulthood- and they are now sharing that love with their students!
The Springers are currently competing in the USAIGC League. We have a Bronze, Silver, and Gold Team, as well as a training team, Superstars. Our team practices 6-10 hrs weekly.

Dance Company
Our award- winning dance company studies a rounded curriculum, including ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, hip hop, gymnastics, acro-tumbling and theatre arts with our talented staff at CJ, Dancers range in age from 4-19. Members take classes 2 -3 times weekly and study 2- 6 hours weekly.
We attend two local competitions during the school year and hold rehearsals on few weekends as the season approaches. Membership is by invitation. Those interested may take a class at the appropriate level for evaluation.

​Our nationally ranked Jersey Girls All-Star Dance team competes in Universal Dance Association regional and national competitions in Jazz, Pom, and Lyrical/Contemporary at NDTC Nationals at Disney World in February.
Our Jersey Girls Coaches and choreographers danced with the 15 times NDA Collegiate National Championship Towson University Dance Team and D1 Top 5 Ranked Rutgers University. Jersey Girls Alumni have gone on to dance at Rutgers, East Carolina, Towson, Arizona State, UDel, Hofstra, College of NJ, Seton Hall, Farleigh Dickenson, George Mason and Ramapo College.
