CENTRAL JERSEY DANCE & GYMNASTICS
REGISTRATION FOR OUR 2011-12 SEASON
To register:
1. Consult the 2011-12 schedule and choose the class at the day and time of your choice. You can go to our website at www.cjdance-gym.com for 2011-12 schedule and full program information.
2. Fill out the registration form below. To register you will need to pay:
ü $10.00 registration fee (per family). Check should be written to CJD& G.
ü GYMNASTICS, TUMBLING AND KINDERGYM STUDENTS ONLY: USA GYM REGISTRATION FEE of $37 (yearly, good from July 1, 2011- June 2012) IS DUE AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION. If you have registered for summer sessions, you have already paid this. USA WAIVER: If you have a USA Gym waiver on file, you DO NOT have to fill it out again. If you are a new gymnastic student, print out waiver and include with your registration, or you may fill one out at the front desk at the time of your 1st class.

3. Your first and last month's tuition will be due at your first class in September. Classes for the 2011-12 season will begin Tuesday September 6.
Rates for the 2011-2012 season are:
30 minute class once weekly (Hip Hop) $43.00 monthly
45 minute class once weekly (Toddler, Preschool, Kinder, Jazz, MT) $53.00 monthly
1 hour Tumbling class weekly plus 1 hour open gym $61.00 monthly
1 hour Gymnastics class weekly plus 1 hour open gym $61.00 monthly
1 ½ hour Gymnastics class weekly plus 1 hour open gym $71.00 monthly
1 hour dance class weekly $55.00 monthly
1 ½ hour dance class weekly $65.00 monthly
Superstars 1 ( 1.5 hrs weekly + open gym) $71.00 monthly
Superstars (2 hour class weekly + open gym) $82.00 monthly
Springers Girls’ Gymnastics Team
Bronze Prep ( 4 hrs/$112 monthly) Bronze /Silver Prep (6 hrs/$168 monthly) Silver Prep/Silver (6 hrs. $196 monthly)
* There is a $6.00 discount on each above class after the first class taken per family.
*Springers, CJDCo. Classes and Jersey Girls also have coaches’ fees.
Discounted classes: these classes are offered at a discounted rate when taken along with another class at regular tuition rate.
Musical Theater Workshop (when taken with any other class) $33.00 monthly
Hip Hop (when taken with a jazz class) $33.00 monthly
Tumbling (when taken with a gymnastics class) $33.00 monthly
Secondary Classes: these classes are taken in addition to, and in conjunction with another class only. They may not be taken alone.
Ballet Workshop (along with a ballet class) $33.00 monthly
Pointe (by rec. only- must take 1hr. ballet class and ballet workshop) $33.00 monthly
Jersey Girls All Star Dance Team (by tryout only) $33.00 monthly
