Please note that children may not go onto the floor ex mat or gym equipment until the instructor calls them on to the mat to begin the party. The instructor will not be responsible for chaperoning the children in the gym after the first hour. The guests should stay in the dance room for the last half hour. Absolutely no food in the gym, please!
Ø Ø Ø Refreshments, paper goods and decorations are not provided by the school. Tables and chairs are available. Please be sure to bring a cake knife, matches and utensils if needed.
Ø Ø Ø Set up and clean up of tables and chairs and food area is the parent’s responsibility. Please be sure all trash is put in the outside dumpster. Ask the CJ instructor for trash bags.
Ø Ø Ø Please be sure your guests promptly pick up their children at the end of the party. You are expected to be ready to leave the building 15-20 minutes after the party time is completed. If instructor is required to stay later than the scheduled time, you will be charged accordingly. Thank you for your consideration.
Ø Ø Ø Parents may come in one half hour earlier to set up tables and chairs and to decorate. Guests may not arrive prior to 1:30 pm for Saturday parties. Saturday parties generally begin at 2:00 p.m. Alternate times after 2:00 p.m. are available upon request and teacher availability.
Ø Ø Ø Sunday parties and dance theme parties are available upon request and pending teacher availability.

A $25.00 non-refundable deposit is required to book your party. Balance will be due on the day of the party. Make checks payable to: Central Jersey Dance & Gymnastics.
All children are covered by insurance provided by USA GYMNASTICS.
