v SUMMERFUN 2011 registration is now being taken. Classes are offered Monday through Thursday in July and August. We offer a flexible schedule with day and evening classes. You can pick and choose your own days and times. Ask your teacher, or front desk for a YELLOW registration form.
v 2011-12 PRE-REGISTRATION will be accepted May 1st through Saturday June 18th. Pre-registration is available to our current students at this time so that you can register for the class program, day and time of your choice before they fill. Also, if you pre-register, you do not pay a registration fee. Pre-registration forms will be given out the end of April. If you do not receive one, please ask your teacher or secretary.
* Teachers have conferred and recommended a level for next year for all their students. * Pre-registration will not be accepted @Dance Showcase June 11th or Gymfest June 18th
v 2011-12 REGISTRATION will be taken Mondays & Wednesdays 5:00 -7:00 pm and Thursdays 10:00 am- 12 noon in August. We will also have an Open House on Wednesday August 31st from 4:00-8:00 pm. We will have a student showcase at 6:30 pm.
*There is a $10 registration fee for those who register after June 18th.
v Over 150 CJ students participated in our motivational GYMNASTICS SKILL TESTING PROGRAM in! All participants received award ribbons and certificates, Medallion trophy award winners for 2011 can pick up their trophies at the front desk in May. Please check to see when they are in. Congratulations to all for your hard work and preparation. Your teachers are so proud of you!
v DANCE SHOWCASE 2011 SATURDAY JUNE 11TH @ MIDDLESEX HIGH SCHOOL
Preschool 1:00 PM Kinderdance & Ballet/Tap 2:00 pm Jazz & Hip Hop 3:15 pm
Costume packages will be available for pick up in May. Please look for postings regarding your class pick up date. Costumes must be picked up by a parent or authorized adult. The CDCo Parents Organization will be selling carnation bouquets for your dancer. Order forms will be available in the office in May. Tickets are $8.00 each and will be on sale in early May. All profits from Showcase are donated to the C. J Children’s Dance Co. Thank you for your support!
v GYMFEST @ CJDG - Saturday June 18th. Registration forms will be available May 1st.
v MAKE-UPS:Our “year” is a 40 wk season Tuition remains constant w/10 equal payments, even though some months have 3 classes & some have 4 or 5. All missed classes are always “make-up-able” at CJ. Please consult schedule & make up your missed classes at your convenience.
v We are closed Memorial Day Weekend, Friday May 27- Monday May 30th.
v Good Luck to our Springers Gym Team members who have qualified for USAIGC State Championships to be held Memorial Day Weekend in Wildwood NJ.
v Jersey Girls Dance Team attended JAMFEST in Philadelphia in March. Jersey Girls Jrs. won 1st place in Jazz and Hip Hop, and Jersey Girls Seniors won 1st place in Jazz and 2nd place in Hip Hop. Junior Hip Hop was awarded “Best Choreography” and Senior Jazz was highest score “Grand Champions” . Congrats girls, and good luck at EDA All Star Nationals at Hershey April 15-17th!
v CJ Dance Co. attended ON POINT NATIONAL DANCE COMPETITION March 11-13 in Bridgewater. Congratulations for all your awards! Good luck at MBC May 13-15
