GYMNASTICS PROGRAM

Kindergym  
 Ages 4 – 5 years old   45 minute class.
Mastery of basic tumbling skills, development of strength through use of bars, introduction of balance beam and vaulting skills. 
 
Gymnastics                         
Ages 5 & up ability grouped as shown below         
Progressive skill development in tumbling, floor exercise, uneven bars, vaulting, balance beam and tumbletrak.

Levels:

              Advanced Primary 2     Ages 5-7 yr. olds                           1 ˝ hr class

Tumbling  (Cheer Gymnastics)   
1^st grade & up  1 hour class
Tumbling/floor skills and TumblTrak with concentration on learning runs leading to and including handsprings, tucks and twists. Especially helpful for cheerleaders.    
Novice, Intermediate, Advanced levels

By teacher recommendation and try-out
Accelerated training for the young gifted gymnast. Preparation for competitive gymnastics

Our competitive girls’ gymnastics team, The “Springers”, Bronze, Silver, & Gold teams compete in the USAIGC meets.
